1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on wg8 or using any part of the platform, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, you must not use wg8 services. These terms form a binding agreement between you and wg8. They apply to all games, promotions, deposits, and withdrawals made through the platform.

wg8 reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after a change is posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

You must meet all of the following requirements to open and maintain a wg8 account:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the platform.
• You are registering for personal use, not on behalf of a third party.

wg8 operates a strict one account per person policy. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances forfeited. You must provide accurate personal information during registration. Using false details is a violation of these terms.

3. Account Rules & Security

You are fully responsible for all activity on your wg8 account. Keep your password private. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. wg8 will never ask for your password by email or chat.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately at [email protected]. wg8 is not liable for losses arising from failure to protect your login details.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

wg8 supports the following payment methods for Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Bank Transfer. All transactions are processed in BDT (৳).

Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200
• Deposits are credited within 1 minute under normal conditions.
• Only fund your account from payment methods registered in your own name.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳50,000
• Standard processing time: 10 minutes after approval.
• First-time withdrawals are reviewed within 2 hours following successful KYC.
• Withdrawals are sent only to accounts matching the name on your wg8 profile.

wg8 may delay or suspend a withdrawal if a security review is required. You will be notified by email in such cases.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

All bonuses offered by wg8, including the welcome bonus, reload bonuses, cashback, and referral rewards, are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms. Key conditions that apply to all bonuses:

• Welcome bonus: 120% on your first deposit, up to ৳8,000.
• Wagering requirement: 15× the bonus amount before withdrawal.
• Reload bonus: 25% on qualifying subsequent deposits.
• Daily cashback: 1% on net losses, credited the following day.
• Referral bonus: ৳100 credited when a referred friend completes their first deposit.
• Bonus validity: 7 days from the date of credit unless stated otherwise.

Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion. wg8 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or multi-accounting is detected.

6. Gameplay & Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on wg8:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts during gameplay.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting technical errors or software bugs for financial gain. Any winnings from known bugs must be reported to support; failure to do so may result in account closure.
• Placing bets on both sides of the same market with the intent to guarantee a profit (arbitrage), when done in conjunction with bonus funds.
• Creating accounts for others or allowing others to use your account.

wg8 uses automated risk systems to detect irregular play. Accounts flagged for prohibited conduct will be reviewed. Confirmed violations may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

7. KYC & Identity Verification

wg8 requires all players to complete identity verification before processing their first withdrawal. This is a standard requirement to prevent fraud and protect all users on the platform.

Accepted documents include:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving Licence

Documents are reviewed within 2 hours of submission. Submit clear, unedited images. wg8 may ask for additional documents if the initial submission is insufficient. Account limits may apply until KYC is complete.

8. Responsible Gaming

wg8 is committed to safe and responsible gaming. If you feel that gambling is affecting your daily life, finances, or relationships, use the self-exclusion tools available in your account settings or contact our support team at [email protected].

You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time from your account dashboard. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Players under 18 are not permitted to open an account or use the platform under any circumstances. wg8 cooperates with guardians and relevant authorities to enforce this rule.

9. Privacy & Data

wg8 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to the collection of your name, contact details, payment information, and gameplay data for account management, fraud prevention, and legal compliance purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

wg8 provides its services on an "as is" basis. While wg8 makes every reasonable effort to ensure platform availability, it cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. wg8 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures, internet outages, or delays caused by payment providers.

Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by licensed game providers including Ezugi, Spribe, JILI, CQ9, Evolution, and PG Soft. wg8 does not control or influence individual game outcomes.

11. Changes to These Terms

wg8 may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform at least 7 days before they take effect. For non-material changes, the updated version will be posted on this page immediately. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.
